- Contact the police immediately to file a stolen vehicle report.
- Notify GEICO of the stolen vehicle online at geico.com or by calling 1-800-861-8380. This will ensure you are protected if the thief or someone else causes damage to others with your car after it has been stolen.
- If the stolen vehicle is financed or leased, report the theft to your finance or leasing company.
When you contact us, please have the following information available:
- Certificate of Title for the vehicle.
- Location of all the keys to the vehicle before and after the theft.
- Names and information of all drivers.
- Descriptive information of the vehicle.
- A list of personal property inside the vehicle.
- Finance or leasing company information.
